Just in time for Christmas. Type the words "let it snow" into Google and you will see your computer screen frost up with the snow flakes falling onto your search results.

If you click on the "Defrost" button, you will be able to scrape some of the ice off your screen and the search results will once again become visible.

Do horoscopes really all just say the same thing? Data of 22,000 horoscopes was scraped and analyzed. See the visualization and make up your own mind.

This statistical analysis appears to reveal something. The bulk of the words in horoscopes (at least 90%) are the same. When it comes to India , I notice that most horoscopes on the Web use about the same words - “someone”, “really”, “quite” – were just qualifiers and not really revealing.

The brilliant thing is, once you’ve isolated the most common words, you can actually write a generic, meta prediction that would apply to all star signs, every day of the year.

The website provides a full video experience where you are involved in special missions, then at critical stages the commander turns to you and asks “What would you do?”.

Thinking on the fly, you’ll need to choose from the three presented options before its too late. Choose the wrong one, and it’s all over. It is a great example of bridging digital with experience online. The further you get into this, the better it gets and you want to complete all the missions. The Puma Index: Financial underwear

Puma AG, the German sports clothing company, is promoting Puma Bodywear with The Puma Index, an interactive application designed to lighten the impact of the current economic recession. Launched initially as an app for the iPhone and iTunes, the Puma Index has models taking off and putting on clothes in response to the DOW, DAX and S&P/ASX 200 indexes. When the market goes down the male and female models’ clothes come off to reveal their Puma Bodywear underwear. When the market recovers, back go the Puma clothes.

The app, which will get you a 20 percent discount if you show it at a Puma store, is downloadable at iTunes or puma.com. A web application of the “Puma Index” will launch soon at www.theindex.puma.com.

BMW: Z4 interactive augmented reality

BMW has released a more interactive augmented reality tool for its current “An Expression of Joy” campaign for the Z4. In the normal TV ad, the artist Robin Rhode uses the BMW Z4 as a paintbrush. With this augmented reality software you can now create your own virtual version on your desk. If you’re happy with the result you can submit your work to a gallery on Facebook.
